Care Tips

1. Please handle with care and avoid dropping as they may break or get scratched.

2. Avoid contact with products like makeup and perfume as it may stain the clay.

3. Do not clean the clay parts with alcohols as it may dissolve the clay. If needed, use water and a q-tip to lightly clean.

4.To clean the earring posts, you may use alcohol.

Returns

- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are strictly   not allowed

Refunds

- Items broken due to shipping will be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping fee).   *Please email/DM us immediately with your invoice number and provide a picture of the broken item.

- Item broken due to the customer’s own negligence or mishandling will not be entitled to returns, refunds and replacement pair. Please handle our earrings with care.

Upon payment confirmation, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process and pack your parcel. Your parcel will then be dispatched to our local courier.
